   On the day of Chaitra Shuddha Pratipade i.e. gudipadva, everyone gets up before sunrise, bathes, puts on clean clothes, worships gudi and erects gudi in front of the house. On the day of gudipadva, gudi is made from tall bamboo. On this day, the bamboo is cleaned and the upper end of the bamboo is wrapped in gudi padva saree or gudi padwa orange silk cloth. And on the lower side of the stick, a neem twig, a mango leaf, a flower garland and a knot of sugar are tied and on it (usually a copper /bronze / brass silver ) metal pot / copper / pot / flowerpot hangs on the end. Initially, the place where Gudi is to be placed is cleaned, washed and Gudi Rangoli is made on it. And then gudi's bamboo is raised on the plate. The prepared gudi is placed in front of the house / on the high terrace (roof) or in the gallery. Gudi sticks are arranged and tied there. A variety of flowers, such as turmeric-kumkum, odor, akshata, marigold flowers, canary flowers, flow on the stick. They worship Gudi. They show incense by applying niranjan. kheer made from milk, milk, sugar, peda etc. are shown. In the afternoon, sweet offerings are made to Gudi. In the evening, at sunset, the gudi is taken down again by carrying turmeric-kumkum, flowers and throwing incense. On this day, New year's message is sent to the devotees celebrating happiness everywhere.
